Pick the Type tool and type the word "Illustrator".
Then, go to Effect >Warp > Arc:
Apply the settings given below.
Then, navigate to Effect > 3D > Extrude & Bevel.
The 3D Extrude Bevel Options window will become visible.
Choose the following settings:
Click OK.
